Rotary ArtCoast – The Shadforth $10,000 Prize exhibition

The Rotary Club of Caloundra Pacific is proud to announce that Rotary
ArtCoast – the Shadforth $10,000 Prize art exhibition will be held on
April 8, 9 and 10 at the Rumba Resort on The Esplanade at Bulcock Beach,
Caloundra.
Rotary ArtCoast – The Shadforth $10,000 Prize exhibition will feature
the works of many of the Sunshine Coast’s celebrated artists and will
give art lovers an opportunity to view and purchase some of the finest
local art available. Following the huge success of the inaugural Rotary
ArtCoast exhibition in April 2010 the Rotary Club of Caloundra Pacific
plans to hold the exhibition as an annual Coast-wide cultural event.
The exhibition will be open to the public for viewing and sales on
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April 8, 9 and 10 from 10am to 4pm.
Admission is $5 and children under 14 years $2.
Excellent raffle prizes will be available and those attending the
exhibition will be invited to vote for the People’s Choice Award for the
painting they consider to be the best on show.
The Rotary Club of Caloundra Pacific is proud to advise that the major
sponsor of the exhibition is well-known Sunshine Coast firm, Shadforths
Civil Contractors.
The Sunshine Coast Community Hospice will be the major beneficiary of the exhibition.
This is a wonderful opportunity for art lovers of all ages to experience
outstanding artworks from some of the Sunshine Coast’s most talented
artists.
